I started P90x today and I will use this page as a daily workout/health journal. At the end of 90 days I will upload my before and after pictures.
Day 1 [November, 23]

Work out-
*P90x-Chest and Back- 1 Hour
*4 mile Walk/Run-1hour
-1/4 Run ¾ Walk
-Protein Shake
-Grilled chicken salad. [6oz chicken]
-98% lean Ground beef patties 1 bun.
-brownie [:-(]
-half a hot dog-
-Protein Shake w/ fruit
NOTES: I need to work on breaking my meals down and eating smaller portions more times per day. Dinner today was a 100% FAIL
